The Path to Top Workplace Recognition
The journey to being named a Top Workplace involved a rigorous two-part evaluation process. Companies from across Arizona were invited to participate, and the competition was fierce. The first phase of the process involved an in-depth review of each company’s workplace policies, practices, philosophy, systems, and demographics. This evaluation provided insight into the organizational structures and values that underpin each workplace.
The second phase, which carried the most weight, was an employee survey designed to capture the authentic employee experience. This survey accounted for approximately 75% of the total evaluation and provided a clear picture of what it’s like to be a part of the AZYP family. The results were analyzed by Best Companies Group, a leader in workplace assessment, who then determined the final rankings.
