The White Mountains Office for Arizona Youth Partnership is located in southern Apache and Navajo Counties south of Interstate-40 and has been in the area since 1996. The White Mountains have a long rich history being settled in the mid 1800’s by Spanish settlers. The area being so vast AzYP covers numerous communities in these counties. Arizona Youth Partnership serves over 15 different schools in 7 different school districts. Our programs are offered to families living in the lower 10,000sq miles of Navajo and Apache Counties. The major Industries in the area include Electrical power production (coal), forestry and logging, as well as ranching.
